PE classes play games to improve fundamental movement skills, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination, speed, and agility.
Students start some Track & Field and Cross Country runs.
Students do GOD Runs at lunch 3 days a week for practice.
Students participate in inter school games for Volleyball, Basketball, and sometimes Soccer or Hockey.
Middle School students compete against other teams in BC for Volleyball and Basketball and could compete in Badminton, Tennis, Golf, Swimming, Gymnastics, Track & Field and Soccer.
